2. Service Description

Concreto is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides design and verification tools for reinforced concrete sections. The service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Flexure, shear, punching, and cracking calculations.
  • Technical diagram generation.
  • Download of result reports.
  • Calculation data storage and reuse.

3. Professional Use and Responsibility

Concreto is a tool for engineering and architecture professionals. The results provided by the application must be:

  • Verified by the professional.
  • Reviewed in accordance with applicable local regulations.
  • Validated before implementation in real projects.

The user is solely responsible for the correct interpretation and application of the results obtained. Concreto is not responsible for design errors, construction errors, or any damage resulting from the use of the application.

4. Registration and User Account

To use the service you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Maintain the security of your password.
  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Concreto offers its service through different subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay the fees corresponding to the selected plan.
  • Payments will be processed recurrently according to the chosen period.
  • Refunds of payments made are not available.

Concreto is a platform intended for independent professionals and businesses. The prices displayed on the website do not include applicable taxes, such as VAT. These taxes will be calculated and applied to the stated prices during the checkout process based on the billing information provided.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the billing information you provide (such as company name, tax ID, or address) and, therefore, for any consequences arising from errors or inaccuracies in such data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if we detect inconsistencies or irregularities in your billing information, until such issues are satisfactorily resolved.

6. Acceptable and Fair Use

Access to Concreto is strictly personal and non-transferable. Each person who uses the platform must have their own user account with individual credentials.

By using the service, you agree not to share your login credentials (email and password) with any third party, whether inside or outside your organization. If anomalous and/or excessive usage is detected, Concreto may:

  • Contact the account holder to request clarification.
  • Temporarily suspend access if the situation is not satisfactorily resolved.
  • Cancel the service in serious or repeated cases.

Additionally, you agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data.
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the service.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute the content without authorization.

7. Service Availability

Concreto is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The service will be free of errors or interruptions.
  • Results will be accurate or complete.
  • The service will meet all specific user requirements.

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice
  • Temporarily suspend the service for technical reasons
  • Modify or discontinue features with prior notice

Concreto is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Service Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service.
  • You fail to make the corresponding payments.
  • You use the service fraudulently or abusively.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, retaining access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and functionality of Concreto are the exclusive property of Concreto and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain ownership of the data they enter into the platform.
